I was working in a business going through a demerger that went pear-shaped. Spectacularly.

I spotted a gaping hole and volunteered to fix it. By the time I left, I'd built a change structure that grew into a $22 Billion portfolio with a proper team.

Since then? Well I've helped hundreds of teams grow; without flushing their best people down the drain.
